Credits power the usage-based features in Swivl: SMS messages, AI Receptionist call minutes, GPS tracking hours, and AI Estimator usage. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. When you use any of these features, credits are deducted from your balance automatically. Your credit balance, including both plan credits and any additional credits you've purchased, is always visible in your account dashboard so you can see exactly what's left.

It depends on where the credits came from. Plan credits, the allowance included in your subscription, reset at the end of every billing month. Unused plan credits don't carry over. Top-up credits, which you purchase separately, never expire. They roll over automatically until you've used them up.
You can buy additional credits from your account at any time. Top-up credits are charged separately from your subscription and work differently from plan credits: they don't reset at the end of the month and carry forward until fully used. Your monthly plan credits are always spent first. Top-up credits only kick in once your included allowance has been used up, so your purchased credits are never used before the ones already included in your plan.
